used for both corporate employees and all interested parties.
Any problem related to the Project can be discussed officially and anonymously. The grievance mechanism allows
flexibility to resolve disputes quickly and effectively.
Armpower has designed the grievance process to ensure that all the grievances that are received are acknowledged
and logged and that the complainant knows what to expect in terms of response and when.
